AI mets the flatliners: the ultimate experiment




Because we tried to solve the universe by invoking reductionism, by reducing it to its fundamental building blocks, but we failed in doing so.


Now, we will go in the other direction and handle the complexity of the universe.


By considering it like a living organism.


By doing so, we should rethink the concept of life and death, and the concept of artificial and natural as well.


Think about it, what it means to die inside a living organism which is still alive.


In the same sense, artificial is just another aspect of nature.


We will try to figure out the transition of the consciousness by using AI in the ultimate flatliner experiment.


In the famous movie experiment, the doctors try to figure out what happens during death by inducing some near death experiences.


So we are going to feed AI with big data about near death experiences and a lot of data about human physiology.


Then we are going to use humanoid robots to start playing the flatliners game in the form of a switch on and off in the first phase.


Then we will incorporate a respiratory system to the robot humanoids, perhaps the respiratory system could hold part of the mystery of human consciousness.


In the second phase we are going to simulate first the human birth to try to understand what really happens in the brain in the first millisecond of the first ever breath.


Making AI breath will expand the horizon of neuroscience big time, by focusing on the effect of breathing in the network of neurons primary, instead of in the biology of it.


Since the human brain synapse is an electrochemical signal, by incorporating the breathing system in AI we will be able to simulate the chemical part as well as the electrical one.


In the middle phase we are going to approach the sub-consciousness analysis which is one of the toughest parts of the experiment,in this phase we will teach AI to dream by simulating the REM dreaming phase and to be able to differentiate both states.
